How to protect vision in daily life
Below habits will help you protect your vision.
- When you watch TV (read books, see mobile phone…) for every 30 minutes, you need take a rest , close your eyes for 5 minutes or go outside and look faraway for some green plants.
- Eat health food with Lutein, eat corn carrots, blueberries … eat fresh vegetables and fruits (For health food for eyes, please check detail at :
- Do some exercise, eg: Brisk walking for 30 minutes every day, Jogging for 20 minutes every day.
- Talk with your family or friends for some positive things. Laughter is the Best Medicine.
